Career
Student of Michel Costiou at the Académie Roederer and graduate from Académie Charpentier class of 1989, Bénédicte Mautin has evolved between creation in advertising agencies and her work on live models, painting and sport. Since 2007, her work has been exhibited in Paris, Versailles, Normandy, the Côte d’Azur and London. She also works upon request for events or for individuals, on their favorite sporting theme or on portraits of athletes in action.

Olympic Arts 2024
In search of movement, light and energy, Bénédicte Marutin brought her paintbrushes to Marseille in 2022. This city constitues a magnificent and inviting playground, for her who has worked for years on sport and bodies in motion. Marseille communicates its energy to her through sport, its culture, its contrasts, its light and its relief, its colors and its immense field of possibilities. On the occasion of the 2024 Olympic Games, through her work she wishes to pay tribute to Marseille and to sport, with an anthem in painting, where the city and sport blend together into the canvas.
